We use Amazon Prime videos all the time. This is easy. You need your magic remote. 1. Press the home button on your magic remote 2. Amazon should show up as an icon in the middle of your screen. Go ahead and click on this and it will take you to Amazon. **If Amazon is not already installed on your tv, you need to set up the account. It is free is you are a prime member. On this same page go to the internet and go to Amazon. Go to Amazon Prime and set up an internet account. It only takes a few moments depending on your internet speed. Once you are finished. You will see that Amazon icon on your TV like I was talking about. If this is confusing or still doesn't work, call Amazon...they will walk you through the process step by step. That is what you pay for and their customer services is great!

We cannot recommend any particular cleaner. To remove dust or light dirt, wipe the surface with a dry, clean, and soft cloth. To remove major dirt, wipe the surface with a soft cloth dampened in clean water or a diluted mild detergent, then wipe immediately with a dry cloth.

Question

Picture quality

I have had this tv for a couple days and I am noticing multiple bright areas on the top and right edges of the screen. This is especially obvious when watching a film with a dark background. I turned off the energy saving mode and it improved the problem, however it has not fully resolved the issue. I am tempted to return the tv to the store, but I truly do not want to go through the hassle. Do you have any suggestions or is this a damaged product?

That is the LED backlighting around the edge that this TV has. You can go into Picture settings & lower the backlighting setting. It will make your picture a bit darker but it's a trade off. You will have to mess with the settings until you get the picture the way you want.

We regret your dissatisfaction with the design and functions of this television. The PANDORA app has been made available through our Smart TV Home Theater Systems, since they have a full range of speakers available. This may be added in future software updates; however, we have no indication, at this time, of when such a feature will be added.

Our 2012 model televisions are designed for compatibility with Flash 11 and earlier. Typically, the version of the software is not the restricting issue, but rather the additional scripting on the webpage that limits the availability of the image. The website may have a mobile version of the video that should be compatible. Many times, however, the scripting on the page will restrict videos to computers rather than tablets or TVs. This unit is not configured to receive random software installation, such as a different Flash version or Java. There are no known updates planned for this TV.

To watch 3D movies thru a player, you have to use a 3D BluRay player or a PS3 console. The PS3 console is the best due to it;s faster processor speed. A regular BluRay player does nogt support 3D. The TV can convert it from 2D to 3D, but it's not as good a true 3D movie thru a 3D BluRay player.

Question

Power input for the 55lm6400

In your web sites you mention that this model is capable of getting both 110V 60 Hz and 220V 50Hz.

However I recently seen the model in a retail store stating only 110V~ 50/60 Hz.

Want to ensure that the spec over your site is indeed correct for this model and in the future I will be able to connect it to a Europian power.

Thanks

We appreciate your interest in this Sound Bar. Products that are purchased and distributed in the United States are not designed for compatibility within other countries. The added voltage compatibility is to make the unit able to withstand limited power fluctuations. It is not designed for continuous operation at such a high voltage. Attempting to use this Sound Bar with a 220v current invites damage to the power supply of the unit.
