The strength of the TX wireless audio signal is totally based on the building construction and the individual setting of your own house/apartment. I live in a small two-bedroom apartment in NYC, where I can place my two WIFI rear speakers to the far end, which can still be playing awesome sound. However, for the best HD 5.1 surround sound playing quality, it doesn't make any sense to place the rear speakers to another room, simply because it will definitely lose the surround sound quality.
While either streaming netflix or pandora, system powers off on it's own. I have checked auto power off and it is off. It seems to do it at no certain time.
It has to do with your home network's internet connection and your HDTV's setting. Either an unstable internet signal or Smart HDTV's energy saving mode may affect the performance of this system. First of all, this home theater system is Smart that comes with energy saver coordinating with connected Smart HDTV for any inactivity detected. If your HDTV is set to an energy saving mode (minimum, medium, or maximum), once your internet signal drops then comes back on after a few seconds without having your attention, your HDTV may automatically power off or set to sleep, which causes this system to shut down immediately. I suggest you to upgrade your internet download/upload speed for smooth streaming with this system.

I'm a big fan of your audio equipment and am in the process of setting up a surround sound set up for the computer room. So would this system be able to connect and work with a computer that has ports to support up to 7.1 surround sound? Thanks!
This system is for 5.1 dts-HD master audio & 5.1 TrueHD Dolby surround sound, which will also output HD 2.1 sound, with five individually preferred levels of stimulated sound effects. However, it doesn't support 7.1 speakers system. There is a HDMI optical audio slot on the back panel of the Blu-ray player for streaming HD input sound from your computer. There is another HDMI video slot on the back of the player for streaming the latest 3D Blu-ray standard quality to HDTV and any capable computer monitor.
This system doesn't have connectivity through bluetooth. However, it has an awesome feature called "dlna certified," which will enable your WIFI home network to steam any input music/sound to this system from all of your local server's connected devices. In addition, having a 3.5 mm male to male audio/stereo cable, you can connect your iphone or any of your playable devices to front panel of its Blu-ray player for music playback with True HD Dolby surround sound, along with its 5 levels adjustable sound effects for dts-HD 5.1 & 2.1 quality.
Yes & yes. The condition is that your TV must be a HDTV and should have HDMI input slot(s) on it, which is for you to watch Satellite Dish on your TV. This home theater system has HDMI input/output for your wii gaming system. It also has HDMI optical audio input and HDMI output for your HDTV.
This system was built for dts-HD 5.1 Master Audio & True HD Dolby Surround. It wasn't designed for our ears with a headphone. Having a headphone jack means that the system may be diminished to mono sound quality, which will no longer stream HD surround sound to your ears. However, all new HDTV should have a slot either on the side or on the back for connecting your headphone. Once your headphone is connected to your HDTV, the output sound will be automatically chosen and streaming directly to your ears. Yes, at this point, it does silent the rest of the speakers you may have connected to your system. Then, the output sound quality is mainly based on your HDTV's audio setting and the quality of your headphone.
We appreciate your interest in this Home Theater System. It is recommended to connect your cable box directly to your television, and then run an audio output connection from the TV to the system.
