Use the button on the lower right hand side of the remote and then navigate to the areas on the lower portion of the screen and use the larger round select button to chose the area you wish to enter. Then continue the same process until you find exactly where you wish to go. If you have a specific area you cannot locate, please write the function you are seeking and I'd be glad to help you and if that area is available, I should know as I have been through all the available locations.

Which models support 110V AND 220V?

On your website, the models LM6700 and LM6200 are listed as supporting both voltages but in the manual, only LM6200 (or no model -depending on the revision of the manual-) are doing this. What is right?

Amazon Instant Video and Amazon Prime have not been added to any of our 2012 Smart TV model lines. This was a decision made by Amazon. At this time, we have no information available as to whether this feature will be added.

We can offer no assistance in modifying the TV with other accessories in order to allow it to use devices for which it was not designed.

We appreciate your interest in this television. Our 2012 model televisions are designed for compatibility with Flash 11 and earlier. Typically, the version of the software is not the restricting issue, but rather the additional scripting on the webpage that limits the availability of the image. The website may have a mobile version of the video that should be compatible. Many times, however, the scripting on the page will restrict videos to computers rather than tablets or TVs. This unit is not configured to receive random software installation, such as a different Flash version or Java.

I apologize, but it will not be possible to control the Sound Bar audio with the television remote control. The TV remote is not a universal remote control and is not designed to control any other devices, except through the SIMPLINK feature, which requires a HDMI connection, which is not available on your Sound Bar.

The TV is letting you know what the Signal is. If your hooked to cable or satelite...the input signal is 60hz. Your TV can upconvert that to 120hz...but the actual signal in is 60hz and that's what it will display in the info bar.

I recently had to reset my TV...and all the sudden the picture didn't look nearly as good as it had before. After playing with the settings for 2 days though, I was able to get it back to the way it looked before. Try increasing Dejudder (Tru-Motion), playing with the settings in VIVId, etc.

Question

Why is my TV restarting when I watch Netflix through the smart app

I will be watching a show and then netflix will stutter and the screen goes black, after a few moments the LG logo will appear and the TV will restart and go back to the HDMI input. I can play from the smart apps for about 15-30 mins and this has happened about 5 times tonight. According to the TV I am up to date on Software. Is my TV defective, I have only had it for about 1 week.

There are several ways to connect these devices. To use the Smart TV features, the TV needs to connect to your local network router access point with a standard LAN cable. The Wii system can connect to the TV using the RED/WHITE/YELLOW to SINGLE YELLOW patch cable that is provided with the TV, such as is depicted on page 24 of your owner’s manual. Why can't I download from the App Store?

When I access the app store via the web browser and login. I cannot download applications because it says "In order to purchase “LG Cloud”, sign into your LG Smart TV Service supported device (TV, Blu-ray player, etc.) with the same ID and try again." I am using the 55LM6200 3D smart TV.
