Question

Subwoofer won't pair

I have a NB3510A model. I've had this unit for about 9 months now and haven't had any problems. Now the subwoofer won't pair anymore. The light blinks and then goes to red. We've tried holding down mute and the stop on the bar, but nothing ever happens. I've tried moving it farther away to see if it was too close, we just recently rearranged, but that didn't help either. The sound bar can still pair with cell phone and play music, but the subwoofer will not connect to it now. What can I do?

I apologize that you are having an issue with the NB3520A. To do a reset on the sound bar, you would need to unplug it and plug it back in. If you are still not getting power after that, you would need to call into our Customer Interactive Center for further troubleshooting or to set up a possible service call. Question

LG Sound Bar stopped working

We had our soundbar working for over 2 months and suddenly it stopped working. We have reconnected the digital input cable and power and rechecked the TV settings, but nothing works. Normally the sound comes through the soundbar when on Optical 1 setting and we have check all options and nothing works. TV works fine and sound bar has power and subwoofer has power. Any ideas?

this soundbar came preloaded with Netflix, hulu plus, vudu and Pandora.

We appreciate your interest in the operations of this Sound Bar. This device should not have been preloaded with any software or any online functions. The reason for this is that such features require a network component, which has not been designed into this system. The NB3520A does not have any network connection available. As such, it will not be possible to add Amazon to the Sound Bar.

We appreciate your interest in this Television and Home Theater System. The AV SYNC feature of the Sound Bar is not a method for controlling both devices with the same controller. This is, however, possible when using the Sound Bar Remote Control. The TV controller does not have the capability of controlling the Sound Bar audio.

How can I prevent my NB3520A sound bar from automatically shutting off when connected to my PS3?

The auto power feature if turned off but the unit still automatically shuts off when watching movies for 20-30 mins. I have to turn the volume up or down in 20-30min intervals to keep it on.

Question

Faded display & no sound

Our display is not working on the soundbar and the subwoofer light is a steady red light. When the subwoofer is unplugged & plugged back in the light flashes green then goes to solid red.

My sub woofer doesnt work, help?

I just bought the NB350A today, everything went well with hooking it up and I changed the channel and all of the sudden the sub doesn't sound like it is working, no bass, nothing. The volume/bass wasn't very high, volume I think on 9 and SW was on +2. Did I blow it out or can I reset it?

Why does my sound bar not work with my DVR?

I have a Charter DVR that is made by Motorola and it is the only thing that the sound bar does not pick up. I have the Optical hooked up to my Sony Bravia TV. My DVD player and gaming consoles sound great, but when I play regular TV through my cable box no sound is coming out of the bar. What am I doing wrong?

Some receiver boxes and some cable companies restrict their signals that prevent routing out to other devices. This could be the situation you are experiencing. It is recommended to contact Charter to see if this might be the case.
