I apologize, but it is not recommended to hardwire the power supply of this range into your electrical lines. As such, we cannot provide any suggestions on how this is to be accomplished. When cleaning the whole unit, we recommend using a soft, slightly damp cloth to clean the control panel. The cloth should not be “wet” as water can run and get into the control board.

Electric ovens require a 208V or 240V electrical outlet. According to your installation guide, a power cord is listed as “PARTS NOT PROVIDED” which is standard for electrical ovens. This unit will require a UL Approved 40 or 50 AMP power cord. Page 6 of your installation guide will provide specifics for choosing the best cord.

A clicking sound is normal on this electric range cooktop surface. The click is simply some relays on the printed circuit board. There is no cause for concern with this.

The serial number label for this range will likely be found on the back of the unit. If you are looking at the back, then it should appear on a label on the right hand side of the back of the unit. This will be the left, when looking at the front of the range.

It's likely that there will be a small clearance between wall and back of the stove.

The BAKE element in the upper compartment takes 2100W, while the BROIL element takes 3200W. We cannot determine how this would compare with a random toaster oven.

Clean the cooktop with caution. Do not use sponges or a cloth to wipe spills on a hot cooking area. Do not use steel wool pads, scrub pads, or abrasive cleaners. These can scratch the oven surface. Do not use chlorine bleach, ammonia, or other cleansers not specifically recommended for use on glass-ceramic surfaces. Use a proper metal scraper and a ceramic cooktop cleaner

I apologize, but it is not possible to remove the door glass to clean between the panes. The glass panes can be replaced, or taken apart, by a service technician, but this type of cosmetic matter is not something that would be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

The location of this wall outlet should be sufficient to accommodate the configuration of this range.

The beeper volume feature allows you to adjust the volumes to a more acceptable volume. There are 4 possible volume levels: Loud, Normal, Low, and Mute. There is no option to change the signal itself. Touch the SETTING pad 4 times and “BEEP” will appear in the display. By touching the #1 one or more times, you can cycle through the available volume settings for the Beeper. This information is located on page 21 of your owner’s manual.

This range is not available in white.

We appreciate your interest in this electric oven. It appears that this inquiry may be related to whether or not this unit will require a 15 Amp fuse (L15) or a 30 Amp fuse (L30). This particular oven will require a 50 Amp fuse, since it has the capability of a self cleaner, which this unit has in both ovens. The 15 Amp would only be for a gas oven. Whether or not the outlet should be a 3-prong outlet or a 4-prong will depend upon which electrical cable is purchased, as none come with the unit.
