I apologize for your frustration. The racks that came with the unit are all that is available. Regrettably, your unit may require service. There might be something additional such as the width of the inner cabinet that is not correct. Are you placing too heavy of items on the rack? The racks available are durable. Please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000 for troubleshooting tips and service information.

Question

Is there a stand, preferably one with a drawer which can be purchased for the model #LDE3015ST ?

The oven sits directly on the floor and is way too low for an elderly person or in my case a person with a bad back to bend down to access the bottom oven. There needs to be an optional stand to purchase to put underneath; not only to make the lower oven more easily accessible but also if it had a drawer to store cookware in.

Question

Can I order more substantial racks for my new oven.

I recently purchased an lg double electric oven LDE3017ST.
I really love it, however the racks in the bottom oven seem cheap and they keep falling off the track. Is there a better quality rack available for this oven. It was not an inexpensive range and I really thought the racks would be sturdy and slide out nicely, but it does not. Can you tell me if I have any other options. Do they make a different, stronger rack? Please advise.
