Thank you for your question. This monitor has a D-Sub 15-pin connection so you could hook up a computer to this monitor. You should be able to view Netflix movies with the proper software on your device you are connecting to this monitor.

We cannot advise on using this model outside the United States. Your LG product was manufactured for use in the U.S. market only. This LG product was only sold in the United States and is designed for use on a 110V, 60 Hz system. There is a high chance that you will experience problems with your unit, that are related to improper voltage. The manufacturer’s warranty is good only to the original purchaser of the product and effective only when used in the United States.

According to the owner’s manual, If you ever forget your password, key in ‘7777’ on the remote control. Then the password will be reset to ‘7777’. The remote control, for this television, can be obtained through our parts distributor. MCM Electronics can be contacted at 800-824-9491. The part number needed is 6710V00151W.

This television has one HDMI port. It is listed has HDMI/DVI IN. It should be located near the middle of the back of the television.

Question

What does it mean if the picture turns in to a bunch of vertical lines?

Every channel and input selection is affected. The picture will be normal, and then all of a sudden it will change to the lines. The color of the lines depends on what the picture is supposed to be. We have to turn off the tv for an hour or longer for it to return to normal. Sound is not affected.

According to our specifications, the 32LC2D-UD model television has a native resolution of 1366x768p. This makes the television a 720p TV.
